This is a gorgeous recipe for any roast nuts or seeds, particularly great on almonds and pepitas. Pomegranate Molasses is a little sweet and a little sour so the roasted nuts and seeds have a lovely tang.

This is a gorgeous recipe for any roast nuts or seeds, particularly great on almonds and pepitas. Pomegranate Molasses is a little sweet and a little sour so the roasted nuts amd seeds have a lovely tang.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 160 degrees celsius
  • Simply combine all ingredients in a bowl
  • Stir in the pepitas (and /or almonds) until they are well coated
  • Spread out on a baking tray lined with baking paper
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, careful not to burn the seeds
  • Allow to cool then eat away!
  • Store in a jar and grab anytime for a tangy snack
