ANZAC biscuits have a lovely history and are still loved all year round in Australia, they are delicious, however, usually full of sugar. This recipe is sugar free, absolutely yummy, tastes like an ANZAC biscuit but it is a breakfast cereal. Enjoy your ANZAC Granola recipe.

I love it dry, sprinkled on yogurt, custard or alone as a mid morning snack. Ruben has loves it with cashew milk for Breakfast. The oats are an excellent slow release energy source, that will keep your blood sugars stable and your hunger at bay for a few hours.

Hi Amber, it would be great as a cookie, is the mixture looks to dry you could do a one of few different things to bring it together as a cookie mix
      1. omit the almond meal
      2. add extra butter OR
      3. add apple puree

Let us know how they go?

      thanks
